At EquiFirst, we are dedicated to providing Non-Conforming Results not only to our customers but also to our communities. EquiFirst knows it takes more than monetary donations to help our community - it takes people as well! That's why EquiFirst associates receive 40 hours of volunteer time a year. Our associates can use this time to lend a helping hand volunteering in the community.
EquiFirst has established a Community Outreach program focused on the areas of Health, Families & Children and Education. These three areas of focus allow everyone to participate in a wide variety of activities in our community. EquiFirst is proud to support our associates as they continue to seek new and exciting ways to get involved.
Giving back to our community is an important part of the EquiFirst culture. We want to make sure our successes aren't limited to the space within our doors.
